Creative Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our organization as a Graphic Visualizer. This role involves transforming concepts into compelling visual communication across digital and print mediums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate briefs and ideas into visually engaging creatives that meet project goals and deadlines.
- Develop design concepts, storyboards, and layouts for campaigns, branding, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative deliverables.
- Collaborate with art directors, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar design/visualizer role (agency experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Strong sense of visual composition, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Portfolio showcasing creative work across different formats (digital, social, print, etc.).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to Have:
- Motion design or basic animation skills.
- Experience working on FMCG or lifestyle brands.
