Job Title: Senior Django Web Developer

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (depending on experience)

Job Description:

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Django Web Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development squad, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, robust, and high-performance web applications using the Django framework.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

">
  • ">
  • Developing and maintaining complex web applications using Python and Django.">
  • Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable back-end services.">
  • Collaborating with front-end developers and UI/UX designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.">
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining APIs, both RESTful and GraphQL.">
  • Evaluating and ensuring the security, performance, and responsiveness of web applications.">
  • Participating in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.">
  • Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.">
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems and applications.">
  • Working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) to design schema and write queries.">
  • Performing code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.">
  • Staying updated with the latest trends in web development and frameworks.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.">
  • Experience in building and maintaining web applications using Django ORM.">
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).">
  • Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).">
  • Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.">
  • Understanding of authentication methods like OAuth2, JWT, etc.">
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.">
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.">
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVC architecture.">
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerization is a plus.">
  • Experience with unit testing and writing tests in Django.">
