About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of backend development, RESTful APIs, and be comfortable working across the full web stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between backend and UI
  • Implement responsive designs using frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
  • Participate in system architecture discussions and design reviews
  • Maintain code quality through writing unit and integration tests
  • Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Proven experience developing and integrating REST APIs
  • Experience with responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
  • Familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is preferred
  • Strong experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Proficient with Git and version control workflows
  • Comfortable in an Agile development environment
  • Experience with testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
