Job Title: Data Engineer- Apache Druid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient data pipelines using Apache Druid in production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy high-performance data solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve the overall performance of the system.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in big data engineering with a focus on real-time analytics, OLAP systems, and columnar storage.
  • Strong understanding of SQL query optimization, data modeling, and distributed systems architecture.
  • Experience integrating Druid with Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
  • Proficiency in Linux administration, shell scripting, and JVM tuning.
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk).
  • Exposure to cloud-native deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
