Senior Manager – PPM Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager-PPM, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes and improving operational efficiency by leading the planning and performance cycle in a dynamic people team. This includes managing budgets, providing analytical insights to enable informed decision-making, and tracking targets and productivity for the People function.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a tier 1 B-School and 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects. Key skills include strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to prioritize workload and multitask.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the ZBB process for BU India – Policy, DAG adherence, ZBB reviews, 1 YP management
  • Lead the cycle of 3YP, 1YP and other key planning cycles in the people team
  • Create and manage manpower blueprints, organization structures and people cost through Anaplan
  • Analyze and recommend budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts
  • Apply organization design principles for optimizing structure design
  • Target Setting and Appraisal Process:
  • Implement Target Setting and Appraisal Process in sync with global process
  • Define tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics in people team
  • Bring in best practices for continuous improvement
  • Drive mindset of high performance
