Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Support Professional to join our team at TE Connectivity. In this role, you will play a critical part in the success of our Order-to-Cash Process, supporting the Customer Service Organization and intercompany business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create extraordinary customer experiences by delivering swift results, exceeding expectations, and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion.
  • Enter paper/fax customer purchase orders into our SAP order management system with precision and accuracy, utilizing documented work instructions and TE Knowledge Base to resolve technical/procedural issues.
  • Generate standard quotes using our SAP System, sending them via email to customers and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with support functions, adhering to TE Values, to achieve objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in Order Management.
  • Candidate should be flexible with shifts and hybrid model.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with end customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
  • Familiarity with SAP and SFDC is an added advantage.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • The capacity to learn quickly and provide complete floor support.
Salary Information:

Based on market conditions and industry standards, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
