Job Overview:

The F&B Director plays a pivotal role in driving the culinary and beverage operation forward, overseeing restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. This position spearheads the development and implementation of departmental strategies, ensuring seamless integration with the brand's service strategy.

  • Develops and executes a comprehensive food and beverage operating plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Ensures the integration of departmental goals into key performance indicators (KPIs) and leads their successful execution.
  • Leads F&B teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, consistently meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
  • Monitors financial reports and statements to gauge the Food and Beverage department's performance against set targets.
  • Ensures effective cash control and liquor control policies are implemented across food and beverage areas.
  • Cultivates calculated risk-taking initiatives to drive incremental revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

Candidate Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, accompanied by at least 6 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or event management industry. Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 4 years of experience, is required.
