Job Title: Manager Works/Plant Head

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Works/Plant Head to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct the operation with effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of quality systems and processes.
  • Manage and lead a team of production staff to achieve production targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a production management role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of production systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the rigid packaging industry.
  • Knowledge of plastic raw materials and processing.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
