Job Role

As a highly skilled Visual Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing captivating visual assets that align with client briefs and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines and creative direction.
  • Meet agreed deadlines for all projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate feedback efficiently.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
  • Utilize professional editing tools and AI to enhance output.
  • Follow established processes for efficient delivery.
  • Regularly report to managers on progress.
Visual Content Creation
  • Graphic Design & Visualization
    • Create visually appealing designs based on client briefs within the allotted timeframe.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and create engaging visual content.
    • Understand feedback from clients and improve designs for future use.
    • Use company-approved processes to deliver high-quality work.
    • Apply professional tools and AI to enhance designs.
  • Moodboard Creation and Tone Setting
    • Develop moodboards and set tone directions for videos to maintain consistency across brands.
    • Stay up-to-date with video trends and philosophies by continuously learning new techniques and staying informed about effects and transitions.
  • Research
    • Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and consumer psychology.
    • Conduct ongoing research on different editing styles for various brands.
    • Explore new tools and AI capabilities for improvement.
  • Teamwork
    • Improve future performance based on client feedback.
    • Support colleagues during high-pressure situations.
  • Reporting
    • Regularly report to managers.
    • Update task lists in real-time using ZOHO.
