Treasury Finance Specialist

Job Overview:

  • Requires 4+ years of experience in managing cash and liquidity, analyzing financial statements, and implementing investment strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, management, or finance is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Management
  • Develops comprehensive cash flow forecasts and liquidity plans to optimize treasury operations.
  • Oversees electronic cash receipt and disbursement processing, as well as daily cash positioning activities.
  • Maximizes interest revenue from excess operating cash while ensuring sufficient funds for ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
Treasury Process Optimization
  • Drives automation and technology integration to streamline treasury processes using enterprise resource planning systems, treasury management systems, and data visualization platforms.
  • Maintains policies and procedures that impose control over treasury activities and support regulatory compliance reporting.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of treasury best practices, including financial regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Proficient in treasury management systems and MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
