Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an expert in Python automation who excels at solving complex challenges to design, develop, and own our test automation solutions across Web, Mobile, and Windows platforms.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Architect & Innovate: Design and build robust, scalable automation frameworks from the ground up.
  2. Code with Excellence: Craft high-quality, reusable test scripts using Python, PyTest, and Appium.
  3. Collaborate & Influence: Partner closely with developers and product owners in an Agile/DevOps culture to define test strategies and ensure top-tier product quality.
  4. Drive Efficiency: Integrate your automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software releases.
  5. Solve Complex Problems: Perform deep-dive root cause analysis and become a key voice for quality and best practices across our engineering teams.

What You'll Bring:

  1. 3-9 years of dedicated experience in QA with a strong emphasis on hands-on automation.
  2. Mandatory proficiency in Python and the PyTest framework.
  3. Hands-on experience in mobile automation for iOS and Android using Appium.
  4. Proven experience with web automation using Selenium.
  5. Exposure to Windows application automation (PyWinAuto, WinAppDriver).
  6. A solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  7. A true passion for quality and a relentless drive for improvement.
