Securing Digital Products: A Key Role

We seek a seasoned security expert to play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our digital products. As an application security analyst, you will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities and implementing remediations to teams for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage a shift-left mindset by influencing the implementation of security requirements from the start of the development cycle.
  • Influence stakeholders to include security patterns into features, epics, and stories to build secure, innovative, and superior digital products.
  • Perform security assessments and gap analysis to provide remediations to teams for implementing fixes.
  • Assess security flaws in underlying infrastructure, connected components, and transport layers.
  • Develop and maintain hardening standards and perform testing against them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive coverage of security requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in web application security testing, including OWASP Top 10 and CVSS.
  • Strong understanding of microservice-based architecture and DevOps environments.
  • Hands-on experience with perimeter protection, core protection, and endpoint detection & response (EDR).
  • Knowledge of continuous integration, containers, DAST/SAST tools, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
