Financial Operations Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive financial operations specialist to manage day-to-day financial activities, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the real estate and construction industry, with proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Manage project-wise financial accounting and cost allocation for construction projects.
  • Prepare and file statutory returns, including GST, TDS, and RERA quarterly submissions.
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of financial reports, MIS reports, and audit documentation.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare financial statements, audit documentation, and coordinate with internal teams, auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor vendor payments, client receipts, and ensure timely settlements.
  • Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
  • 2–5 years of accounting experience in real estate / construction.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and compliances.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
