Deal Desk Expert

• The primary focus of this role is to manage and execute deal desk operations efficiently.
• Ensure effective formulation and implementation of deal strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage deal submissions for compliance with company policies, working closely with cross-functional teams to finalize deals.
• Ongoing deal monitoring and support for resolution of escalations are essential components of this position.
• Maintain accurate documentation of deal processes, approvals, and pricing models.
• This role involves assisting in the training and mentoring of team members on deal desk operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Deal Desk role is required.
• Proven expertise in deal pricing, strategy formation, SOP implementation, approvals, and deal structuring is essential.
• The ability to work in night shifts is necessary.
• Candidates with immediate availability or those who can join within 30 days are preferred.
• This role is suitable for individuals at TL, TM, or SDM levels.
• Pan-India location flexibility is a plus.
