Senior Leadership Position

This senior leadership role is a key driver of growth and client success for our Life Sciences Practice. The ideal candidate will lead high-impact consulting engagements, develop thought leadership, and shape strategic initiatives to help global pharmaceutical and medical technology companies navigate market disruptions, technological advancements, evolving regulatory landscapes, and sustainability goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving business growth and advisory solutions in the Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals domain
  • Building and expanding a strong network of clients and prospects for advisory services in innovation and commercialization
  • Establishing and augmenting thought leadership by identifying industry trends, market disruptions, and emerging opportunities in predefined areas/sectors/industries
  • Nurturing C-level relationships, delivering high-value advisory and consulting solutions that align with clients' strategic priorities

Key qualifications include:

  • A Master's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or MBA in Healthcare Management or related fields
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or research advisory services, with substantial exposure to Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, or Healthcare sectors
  • Proven expertise in innovation, commercialization, market access, regulatory strategies, digital health, and emerging technologies in Pharma and Medtech space
  • Experience in leading multiple high-impact consulting engagements or projects at a time
  • Ability to manage and nurture client relationships and drive business growth
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Demonstrated success in business development and ability to develop thought leadership
