Role Overview.

In this role, you will work on projects fine-tuning large language models using your analytical skills.

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Biology, particularly at PhD-level programs.
  • You should be able to break down complex biological concepts into clear explanations and work efficiently.
  • This role will also help you learn how to leverage AI for better analysis.

What does day-to-day look like:

  • Design and solve challenging Biology problems to probe model limitations.
  • Develop high-quality step-by-step solutions with rigorous reasoning.
  • Collaborate with researchers to align problem types with evaluation goals.
  • Contribute to defining new evaluation benchmarks based on Biology curricula.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates pursuing a PhD/Postdoctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields are eligible.
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and annotations.
  • Creative thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
