We are seeking an experienced and skilled Principal Architectural Strategist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.

  • Project Leadership: Oversee architecture, plotting, and master planning efforts to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Collaborate with internal teams to assess project feasibility and prepare necessary test-fits.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with sales, project managers, and consultants to synchronize space programs and project timelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory; a Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Skills
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp and hands-on experience are required; familiarity with USGBC and Revit is an added advantage.
