At Thoucentric Technology Private Limited, we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead global manufacturing IT projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects in a global manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate with Global IT Teams and Global Stakeholders to ensure the completion of projects within the agreed budget and timeline.
  • Manage global IT projects related to manufacturing operations, focussed on Case and Pallet Labelling systems.
  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, including manufacturing leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT project management experience in global manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations/labelling processes, and system and an understanding of IT Application Architecture (Infrastructure & Network).
  • Experience in delivering projects related to IT Manufacturing Systems.
  • Positive Attitude with High Initiative/ Ownership and Global Mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside cross-functional and Global teams.
  • PMP/ SAFE certification or equivalent -MBAs is in it for You:
