Senior Data Scientist Position

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to drive innovation and growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science, machine learning, and deep learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy comprehensive ML products from problem analysis to production deployment.
  • Communicate complex issues and technologies to stakeholders at different levels.
  • Stay current with the latest research trends in deep learning, computer vision, and NLP.

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in building complete ML products.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in deep learning, computer vision, and NLP.
  • Rapid prototyping and algorithm evaluation skills.
  • Experience with text-only and multimodal SLMs, including finetuning and robust eval pipelines.
  • Deep learning frameworks such as Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • Good programming skills, especially relevant to building robust ML models.
  • Domain experience in Fintech is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Publication experience in top-tier conferences and journals is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

  • Finetuning and building robust eval pipelines for use cases.
  • Good understanding of computer systems and software development practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
