Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance of various liabilities and payment products as per regulators.

This includes process and policy framework for products such as Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Debit Cards, and Payment Products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure implementation and adherence of all compliance-related items and assist in external and internal audits.
  • Strengthen systems, controls, and processes for robust internal and external compliance.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure RBI circulars are strictly adhered to.
  • Have a good understanding of RBI Processes & Policies, Audit Parameters, AML Guidelines, and Fraud Management.
  • Be responsible for regulatory reporting related to policies and processes including reporting to RBI / AML / CPU Teams.
  • Determine the impact of introducing new or revised policies for Branches / Customers / Products.
  • Serve as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration, and implementation of new or revised policies and processes.
  • Build synergies and efficiencies by way of customer-centric processes.
  • Interact and coordinate with multiple product teams and business functions for effective and efficient delivery within specified timelines.
  • Draft and review process guidelines for Product Teams; act as a mediator for answering questions related to policies & processes.
  • Identify duplicate, redundant, and unproductive tasks in processes with an aim to reduce costs and improve productivity of the front-line staff.
  • Ensure Processes and policies are aligned to internal and external guidelines.

Requirements:

Education: Preferable MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college.

Work Experience: Prior experience in setting up policies & processes for Liabilities Products will be an added advantage.
