Project Lead for Web Development

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead multiple web application development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and proven project management abilities.

The successful Project Lead will plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple web-related projects from initiation to delivery. This includes defining project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Additionally, the candidate will identify risks, issues, and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.

The Project Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA testers, and stakeholders. This collaboration will ensure quality standards and compliance with client requirements. The role also involves managing client communication, expectations, and project documentation.

A key requirement for this position is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on detail and delivering results. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable, as well as proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Our ideal candidate will possess solid understanding of web application architecture and CRM platforms. They will have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field is required. MBA is an asset. A technical background or experience working with development teams is highly preferred.
