Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our integration development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrations between large-scale platforms like Salesforce and external systems. This includes developing and maintaining integration documentation, identifying and resolving integration issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Maintain and improve integration platforms, including Xplenty, Mulesoft, Heroku, Postgres, etc.
  • Create and maintain integration documentation, including entity relationship diagrams, data maps, data dictionaries, sequence diagrams, integration patterns, and design specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Requirements:
  • Experience developing integrations between large-scale platforms like SAP, Salesforce, and Workday.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
  • API or Flat File Integrations: Strong understanding of API design principles and experience developing REST APIs.
  • Salesforce Integration: Experience integrating with Salesforce using Web Services or leveraging the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/Metadata).
  • Agile & DevOps: Strong working experience in Agile methodology and DevOps framework.
Preferred Skills:
  • Heroku, XPlenty, PostgreSQL: Direct experience with Heroku, XPlenty, and PostgreSQL is preferred.
  • MuleSoft: Familiarity with MuleSoft is a plus, though not required.
  • SAP & SFDC Integration: Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce integration is strongly preferred.
