Job Title: Security/IT Analyst

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to drive key security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project planning and execution of security projects.
  • Track progress of ongoing security tasks, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications related to security initiatives.
  • Manage scheduling across time zones and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of security processes, risk registers, and procedural workflows.
  • Prepare internal reports and presentations on security projects.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks including expense reports and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in tool management used by the security team.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fundamental knowledge of security principles or willingness to learn.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with global teams.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience supporting security or engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001).
