Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Management Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Reltio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain Reltio MDM platform health, job execution, performance, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage and triage incidents including job failures, data quality issues, sync delays, and access requests.
  • Resolve tickets based on defined SLAs, ensuring timely closure and stakeholder updates.
  • Communicate operational issues and resolutions with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and execute platform upgrades, patching, and system lifecycle activities.
  • Implement AI-augmented automation to proactively detect anomalies, reduce manual effort, and accelerate incident resolution.
  • Create scripts and workflows to automate operational processes and data validations.
  • Support configuration changes, job scheduling, reference data updates, and access control.
  • Partner with data governance and engineering teams to maintain data quality and integrity.

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be proactive, and have excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in data management or data engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing Reltio MDM solutions.
  • Proficiency in configuring Reltio data models, entities, relationships, attributes, and reference data sets.
  • Strong knowledge of match/merge rules, survivorship logic, crosswalks, and data quality configurations within Reltio.
  • Experience integrating Reltio with external systems using REST APIs, Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), or Extract Transform Load (ETL) tools.
  • Familiarity with JSON-based configuration files, Reltio Console, and data load utilities.
  • Understanding of data governance and stewardship workflows within the Reltio platform.
  • Experience working in cloud environments (preferably AWS) with familiarity in version control systems (e.g., Git) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Ability to work in an Agile development environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
