Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to fill the role of Senior System Administrator. This key position requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with our IT management framework.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the analysis, design, and implementation of new systems and technologies.
  • Analyze system testing metrics, best practices, and methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure development and support.
Requirements
  • College diploma or university degree in computer science or IT management, or 4 years equivalent work experience.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification is preferred.
  • VMware certifications or experience, and Cisco UCS certification or experience is preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in IT architecture and IT infrastructure components, enterprise systems analysis, systems design, and systems integration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Intermediate knowledge of ITIL practices, IT-Service-Management, and operations processes.
  • Advanced skill in project management, data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with statistical reporting and analysis for metric reporting, excellent PC skills, and technically fluent IT operations.
  • Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
