Master Plumber

Job Overview:

• Develop and oversee plumbing, firefighting, and rainwater harvesting systems for commercial office buildings and campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of PHE (plumbing) systems, fire hydrant systems, fire sprinkler systems, and fire pump rooms for large buildings and campuses.
• Review and optimize design specifications, bills of quantity, and vendor partnerships for all works.
• Ensure standards and specifications are up-to-date and compliant with relevant codes.
• Collaborate with vendors to achieve successful and timely project completion.
• Oversee operational quality and drive Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Promote innovation and adoption of latest technologies to deliver world-class buildings and campuses.
• Manage other infrastructure-related projects and initiatives.
