**Role Overview**

Genpact is a global professional services firm that delivers outcomes that shape the future. We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager-Financial Planning and Analysis.

**Responsibilities**

This position involves:

  • Month end closing activities, including performing variance analysis and writing commentaries on actuals vs forecast/budget.
  • Analyzing and monitoring company expenses, revenue, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Developing, managing, and updating expense budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights, commentaries, and recommendations.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Excellent Financial Planning and Analysis & Reporting experience.
  • Candidates with CA Inter degree and relevant experience in FP&A are preferred.
  • Chartered Accountants (CAs) are also eligible.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • MS Excel and Oracle knowledge is helpful.
  • IBM Cognos TM1 working experience is an advantage.
