About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Backend/Full-stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop new skills, and collaborate with talented individuals from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Integrate data layers for performance and scalability.
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Design efficient backend architecture for data management.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.

What We're Looking For

You'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
  • Experience using Docker.
  • English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
  • Availability to work in US East Coast time zone.
