Senior Product Development Manager

This critical leadership role oversees multiple engineering projects, teams and initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of experience in product development, engineering management and technical strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Determine product requirements, establish product roadmaps and direct cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on-time.
  2. Develop staff, assign tasks to engineers and technical personnel, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  3. Lead teams in the design, implementation, and refinement of product development processes, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
  4. Solve complex problems by implementing innovative solutions, improving existing processes and reducing waste.

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader who can drive business growth and lead their team to achieve strategic objectives. They should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success.

Key Technical Skills & Competencies:
  1. Deep understanding of sector technology and product development processes.
  2. Strong leadership, communication and project management skills.
  3. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Expert-level knowledge of Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD.
