Job Opportunity: Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to lead our design projects.

  • As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing modular designs based on client needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing innovative design solutions to meet client expectations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design outcomes.
  • Leading and owning quality and accuracy of design deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio of residential design projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, including AutoCAD and PPT presentation software.
  • Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning), Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in Sales Closure by way of logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading the Design meetings with customers.
  • Behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
  • A high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
