Game Design and Development Lead

  • Prototyping and Iteration: Create prototypes and iterate on gameplay mechanics to achieve the desired fun factor and balance.
  • Narrative Design: Craft compelling narratives and design story-driven elements that fit seamlessly into the gameplay.
  • Storytelling: Work with writers and narrative designers to create a cohesive and immersive storytelling experience.
  • Game Mechanics and Rules: Define the game's rules, mechanics, and player progression systems.
  • Balance and Challenge: Ensure that the gameplay is well-balanced, challenging, and rewarding to players.
  • UX Design: Focus on providing players with an intuitive and enjoyable user experience.
  • Usability and Accessibility: Test and optimize game mechanics to enhance usability and accessibility.
  • Game Testing and Feedback: Conduct playtests and gather feedback from testers to identify areas of improvement and iterate on game designs accordingly.
  • Economy and Monetization: Collaborate with the development and business teams to design in-game economies and monetization strategies, ensuring a balanced and fair experience for players.
  • Documentation: Prepare detailed design documentation for the development team, including design documents, flowcharts, and wireframes.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, player preferences, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative features into game designs.
