**Software Development Engineer in Test (Node)**

As a skilled software development engineer in test (SDET) with 5+ years of experience in JavaScript technologies, you will design and develop automated test suites using Playwright/Selenium with BDD approach. You will also develop scalable and highly available Restful APIs/Microservices using JavaScript technologies.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional who can stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in coding, testing, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coding and automation testing with JavaScript technologies.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with TypeScript.
  • Experience with Automation Testing Techniques and Tools (e.g., Playwright/Cucumber/Appium/Selenium).
  • Excellent knowledge of development and testing scalable and highly available Restful APIs/Microservices using JavaScript technologies.
  • Practical experience with GraphQL, CI/CD principles, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of API gateway integrations, Single-Sign-on or token-based authentication, and task/message queues (AWS/Microsoft Azure/Pushpin/Kafka).
  • Expert knowledge of coding, testing, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
