Job Description:

Create 3D models of buildings and spaces to support construction and development projects.

You will be responsible for managing Building Information Models, preparing technical drawings, and collaborating with architectural and engineering teams to ensure accurate information.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed 3D models based on project specifications
  • Preparing technical documents and drawings
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and complete information
  • Providing training and support to team members as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and architectural modeling
  • Experience working on large-scale projects is an asset
  • Ability to create and interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Full knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
