About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to drive the development and continuous improvement of our cutting-edge AI-driven platform. This role focuses on ensuring robust, consistent, and accurate AI features through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong domain knowledge in machine learning, particularly in computer vision, and will drive initiatives to enhance our platform's AI capabilities and analytics features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for driving innovation in AI-driven safety features, working closely with international and Indian fleet customers.
- Inspire product development aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Evaluate machine learning algorithms using performance metrics such as precision, recall, and false positive rate.
- Apply statistical principles to ensure unbiased and accurate performance evaluations; collaborate with the analytics Operations team to root cause ML observations.
- Lead ML continuous improvement efforts with the ML Infrastructure team, aiming for 99%+ model accuracy.
- Prioritize improvements based on current performance metrics and collaboration with ML Infra Product Experts.
- Enhance customer interactions with video annotation, alert decoration, and feature configurations, working with the UX team.
- Manage roadmap enhancements for release cycles.
- Ensure proper release notes and collaborate with the technical documentation team for customer-facing communications.
- Review AI Product Management PRDs to ensure they meet platform standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
