Frontend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development of high-performance, scalable, and visually compelling web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of complex projects and architect front-end solutions
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in best practices and technologies
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user-centric experiences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Expertise in React.js and state management libraries (Redux, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development
  • Solid understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, Agile methodologies

Candidates should demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
