About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team and oversee software development projects.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of network systems, managing and optimizing database performance, and developing programming solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong skills in Software Development and Programming, experience with Databases and optimizing their performance, knowledge of Cybersecurity and Network Security, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Project Oversight: Oversee and technically lead software development projects from inception to completion, coordinate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
  • Development & System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Python and Node.js, implement and manage message queuing solutions primarily with MQTT.
  • Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize the performance of PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and efficient querying.
  • System Management: Oversee and manage Linux environments, ensuring system integrity, security, and optimal operation, troubleshoot technical issues at the operating system and application level.
  • Integration: Integrate and deploy AI/ML solutions into business applications, leverage familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as Azure OpenAI, GPT APIs, Agentic AI, and Azure Cognitive Services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Software development
  • Proficiency in Python, Linux, PostgreSQL, Node.js, MQTT is must
  • Proficiency in Yolov1, and OpenCV will be addon
  • Strong skills in Software Development and Programming
  • Experience with Databases and optimizing their performance
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Network Security
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
