Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Executive Conveyancing to lead our team in preparing and submitting precise and thorough title due diligence reports and conveyancing documents within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conveyancing Expertise: Lead the team in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing conveyancing documents, including title search reports, contracts of sale, deeds, and other property transaction-related documents.
  • Drafting Proficiency: Ensure cent percent accuracy and precision in all legal documents drafted by the team, ensuring they meet legal standards and comply with all real estate regulations.
  • Verifying and Signing Off on Reports: Oversee the verification and finalisation of Title Search Reports and other conveyancing documents prepared by the team, ensuring their legal accuracy and completeness.
  • Performing Quality Checks: Conduct thorough quality checks on reports and documents drafted by the team to ensure compliance with real estate laws, including RERA where applicable.
  • Case Management: Effectively manage all cases assigned to the team, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of any escalations or issues that arise during property transactions.
  • Team Monitoring and Support: Track the performance of legal executives, offering guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they meet quality standards in conveyancing and title verification.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any concerns, queries, or challenges faced by the team during the preparation of conveyancing documents or title due diligence reports.
  • Ensuring Timely Delivery: Guarantee that the team delivers high-quality reports and conveyancing documents within the prescribed Turn Around Time (TAT).
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new joiners, focussing on improving their proficiency in drafting conveyancing documents and ensuring they adapt quickly to the team's processes.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience in Conveyancing: Strong experience in drafting and finalizing conveyancing documents and title search reports.
  • Cent Percent Drafting Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to draft accurate, legally compliant conveyancing documents with 100% proficiency.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful conveyancing processes.
  • Strong Knowledge of Real Estate Law: Comprehensive understanding of real estate laws and conveyancing procedures (sound knowledge of RERA is an added advantage).
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance of all drafted documents.
  • Proficiency in Kannada: Fluency in Kannada is required for preparing and reviewing legal documents and ensuring effective communication.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining the quality of work and legal compliance.
