We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead our team in building next-generation healthcare platforms.

The Challenge:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will drive technical excellence and innovation in software design, development, and implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex, scalable, and reliable software systems using modern backend frameworks and microservices architectures.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Take ownership of critical modules and features from inception to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
  • Drive migration of existing applications towards cloud-agnostic stacks, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Champion engineering best practices, including robust testing strategies, secure coding principles, code reviews, and effective CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software development with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Java and experience with modern backend frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks, such as React or Angular.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
  • Proven experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Kubernetes.
  • Strong full-stack understanding and prior experience working with cloud platforms.
