About Us

We're on the hunt for a talented Webflow Developer to join our team and help us create engaging online experiences for our leads and customers.

As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for building and managing our marketing web properties using Webflow. Your expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design will help us deliver high-quality web experiences that meet our brand guidelines and conversion goals.

We're looking for someone with 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites. If you have a passion for designing innovative interactive concepts, monitoring site performance, and collaborating with content, design, and product teams, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits.
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce, and more, and provide directional suggestions to the team.
  • Make innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams.
  • Research the latest trends and keep track of innovations in the space.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and constant upkeep with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts).
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to follow deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
