We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to create visually stunning animations and graphics. This role involves collaborating with creative teams to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate messages and engage audiences.

Requirements
  • Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for various mediums.
  • Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Blender.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and other team members to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity.
  • Incorporate feedback and make revisions to motion graphics based on client and team input.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics design.
  • Work efficiently and manage time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and styles.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or other relevant animation tools.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate abstract concepts into visually compelling animations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that all designs meet high-quality standards.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
