Mortgage Origination Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Origination Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional mortgage origination services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end mortgage origination process, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage Mortgage Origination Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the mortgage origination team, including managing workflow, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Foster strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Business Development and Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth, develop strategies to capture new market share, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue expansion.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes and procedures, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth, development, and retention.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in mortgage origination, post-closing review, and correspondent experience in US Home Loan products.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in mortgage industry regulations and TRID guidelines; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
