User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a Junior UI/UX Designer with around 2 years of experience in designing mobile applications or SaaS web applications, you will think outside the box and approach design with a user-first mindset.

Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams, you will create engaging, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences that prioritize user and customer satisfaction. Your creative problem-solving skills and energy will drive every project forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for mobile and SaaS web applications
  • Translate ideas and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Apply design thinking principles to solve complex user problems creatively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to bring designs to life
  • Evaluate consistency of brand and product design across different platforms
  • Conduct user research and integrate user feedback into the design process
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in mobile apps or SaaS web apps
  • Solid experience with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar)
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and design thinking methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, out-of-the-box approach
  • Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools like InVision, Miro, or Adobe XD
  • Basic understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS) to improve collaboration with developers
  • Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews
