Senior UX/UI Designer Position

Dar is a consulting organization that specializes in engineering, architecture, planning, environment, project management, facilities management, and economics.

You will be a senior member of the design team, leading the creation of outstanding user experiences across platforms and mobile applications.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will translate user needs into thoughtful design solutions, mentor junior designers, influence product strategy, and ensure design consistency across the platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that balance usability with visual impact.
  • Drive innovation in platform and mobile experiences.
  • Mentor junior designers and influence product strategy.
  • E nsure design consistency across the platform ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing platform and mobile projects.
  • Track record of designing complex, data-driven interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Expertise in prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, ability to prioritize, and comfort working under tight timelines.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong eye for design, with a focus on scalable design systems.
  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first principles.
  • Enthusiasm for technology, data visualization, and digital innovation.
  • Experience working in technology or engineering companies is preferred.
  • Bonus exposure to video editing, BIM, unreal engine, AutoCAD, or immersive experience design.
