The Process Engineering Team Lead oversees the timely completion of designs and process engineering deliverables, adherence to quality systems, and work progress.
- Meet client expectations through regular communication and feedback.
- Analyze systems and methods to improve efficiency and accuracy in routine calculations and monitoring of latest developments.
- A degree in Chemical Engineering with 18-20 years of experience in process departments or technical services departments of pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
- Knowledge of performing process calculations, preparing data sheets, line sizing, relief load, and PSV calculation, and exposure to simulation software's such as HYSYS and ASPEN.
- Ability to carry out capacity mapping of projects using schedules and prepare process flow diagrams and piping and instrument diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of layout designing of API and OSD projects.
- Sound knowledge of area classification and material flow concepts.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements of FDA, MHRA, and WHO etc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
