Healthcare Outreach Expert

A healthcare outreach expert will lead and expand our patient engagement efforts in the areas of spondylosis and arthritis treatment and awareness. The goal is to offer access to care and educational outreach for chronic condition management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to attract new patients through various channels, including NGOs, schools, clinics, community centers, and digital platforms.
  • Establish partnerships with local healthcare providers, doctors, hospitals, and wellness centers to facilitate referrals and collaborations.
  • Represent the organization at outreach events, health drives, and webinars to raise awareness about the importance of chronic disease management.
  • Organize health awareness camps, community drives, and patient education sessions to educate people about the prevention and management of chronic conditions.
  • Design and execute outreach campaigns to increase awareness and access to treatment, and track metrics to support reporting and evaluation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, patient advocacy, or CSR programs, preferably in a hospital or NGO setting.
  • Experience in chronic disease management, orthopedic, or rehab programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Familiarity with community healthcare or grassroots mobilization is essential.
