High-Impact Performance Marketing Specialist

A highly skilled professional is required to own and scale high-impact lead generation & e-commerce campaigns.

This role involves working directly with leadership and senior marketers, experimenting boldly, testing fast, and seeing the direct impact of your work.

You will play a key role in driving measurable business growth across industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch & Scale: Run ROI-focused campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation, e-commerce, and affiliate brands.
  • Multi-Industry Campaigns: Manage performance campaigns across E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, WhatsApp Lead Generation, and more.
  • Optimize Relentlessly: Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversions to improve performance daily.
  • Test Like a Pro: Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with Creatives: Convert bold ideas into campaigns that deliver results.
  • Dive Into Data: Analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and recommend next steps.
Requirements:
  • Smart, experienced, and strong problem-solver who can think strategically and execute effectively.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on expertise in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, and WhatsApp Lead Generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an obsession for data and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & Excel/Sheets.
  • AI-driven mindset: Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to enhance productivity, insights, and campaign performance.
  • Creative + analytical balance: Able to test, learn, and innovate quickly.
