We're on the hunt for a visionary leader to spearhead our Machine Learning Team.

As a seasoned expert in AI and ML, you will be responsible for driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions across various domains, including computer vision, natural language processing, large language models, time series forecasting, and geospatial AI.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ML principles, with a proven track record of architecting, developing, and deploying successful ML models into production-ready systems. They will also have excellent collaboration skills, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of talented ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI models that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive business outcomes through effective ML solution design.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in ML/Data Science, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in multiple ML domains, including computer vision, natural language processing, large language models, regression, classification, time series analysis, and geospatial AI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate ML into real-world products and applications.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working with Hugging Face, LangChain, Detectron2, or OpenCV.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Airflow.
  • Contributions to research or open-source projects in the field of AI/ML.
