Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Training: Deliver comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services.
  • Onboarding & Support: Provide ongoing guidance and coaching to new Relationship Managers.
  • Performance Enablement: Monitor and follow up on RMs' progress to ensure optimal performance.
  • Certification Preparation: Assist RMs in preparing for relevant industry certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Sales Enablement: Teach RMs effective pitching techniques and client engagement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Continuous Development: Offer regular feedback, coaching, and remedial training as needed to support RMs' professional growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Collaborate with management to track key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

About the Role:

As a Product Trainer - Wealth Products, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions that equip Relationship Managers with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in wealth management. Your role will involve working closely with RMs to understand their needs and provide personalized support to ensure they meet their goals.
