Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team. As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient backend systems that power our cloud-based platform. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements, design solutions, and implement features that meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems using a wide range of technologies, including Java, Python, Scala, and Go.
* Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems are well-integrated, scalable, and efficient.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure that our systems meet our high standards of quality and performance.
* Work closely with our product managers and designers to identify technical requirements and develop innovative features that meet our customers' evolving needs.

What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
* Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
* Experience with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, Scala, or Go.
* Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
