Job Title: Visier Analyst

This is a full-time position with D Square Consulting Services Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • User data access and testing.
  • Document security changes for seamless auditing.
  • Develop and maintain reports, and dashboards using Visier's analytics tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data management.
  • Provide support for data-driven projects, including data integration and data validation.
  • Preparing ad-hoc analysis and communicating findings back to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Data & Analytics or similar) and/or Relevant certifications.
  • Proven relevant experience (3+ years) in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting or a related role.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience with Visier software.
  • Experience with people analytics and human resources data.
  • Knowledge of people data analytics (In-house OR SaaS tools) is plus.
  • Hands on experience in HR analytics and reporting platforms is plus.
